Here is some information we talked about at the Sept 28th meeting:

SIGNING UP TO DRIVE THE BUS
There are four ways to sign up for a run:

1.      On this website:  go to the schedule page and sign up (download the how-to here)
2.      Sign up on the calendar in the Bus logbook
3.      Phone us at 248-0437 (Sandy, Lorraine, Brenna, or Laura) or 248-4041 (Liz)
4.      Come into the office and sign up on the calendar
 
The online calendar will be the master copy; BLT staff will make sure to transfer information between all versions.
 
PROBLEMS WITH THE BUS
How do I notify someone about a problem?

1.  Enter into the logbook on the Bus.
2.  Staff will check the logbook, arrange what needs to be done and enter a response in the logbook.
3.  Staff will post the entry and response on this website (Forum page).
4.  Larry will oversee bus maintenance.  You can call him at 752-3234 if you have a concern or question.
